Kolkata :- An exhibition of oil paintings by painter Dibakar Chakraborty is going on for a week at the Taj Bengal Hotel.
Many dignitaries attended these seven days and praised Dibakar Chakraborty's paintings.
On the first day of the exhibition, two Joint Commissioners of the Finance Department of West Bengal, Anupam Halder and Panchali Munshi, along with Seema Bhowmik, Municipal Representative of Ward No. 60 of Howrah Municipal Corporation, were present.
As the days passed, the number of visitors increased and did not decrease. Similarly, on the sixth day of the exhibition, Shri Arup Roy, the Minister of the West Bengal Government. He praised Dibakar's painting after seeing this exhibition, saying that he should do better work in the future and go to much bigger places.
Artist Dibakar Chakraborty said, there are 10 pictures in this exhibition, out of which 3 pictures will be exhibited in Dubai in the near future. Also, the next exhibition will be at Jahangir Art Gallery in Mumbai.
