20th January 2026, Kolkata: AM Medical Centre formally launched “Health for All”, a philanthropic community healthcare initiative aimed at strengthening access to essential medical services and promoting preventive healthcare for underserved sections of society. The initiative is guided by the core belief that access to quality healthcare should never be a privilege, but a fundamental right.
The launch event was held in the esteemed presence of prominent dignitaries from governance, public service, industry, and the creative fraternity, reflecting a collective commitment towards inclusive healthcare. The occasion was graced by Mr. Debasish Kumar, Member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly and Deputy Chief Whip, Government of West Bengal

The programme was further enriched by the presence of the Director of AM Medical Centre, Dr. Moon Chattaraj, a gold-medalist prosthodontist with nearly two decades of experience in implant and aesthetic dentistry, whose leadership has been instrumental in expanding the Centre’s clinical footprint and patient-centric services across specialties.
About the Initiative
“Health for All” is a structured, community-focused healthcare programme designed to bridge gaps in primary and preventive healthcare through early diagnosis, regular medical consultations, and affordable access to essential diagnostic services. The initiative places special emphasis on economically vulnerable communities while also offering an organised healthcare solution for families seeking continuous medical support.
Under the programme, BPL card holders are eligible to avail free medical services upon registration, ensuring equitable access to healthcare. The services include free general physician consultations and eye consultations, along with cataract evaluation and surgical advice wherever clinically indicated, addressing both preventive care and vision-related health needs.
Introduction of Health Privilege Card
As part of the initiative, AM Medical Centre introduced the Health Privilege Card, a comprehensive annual healthcare plan designed to deliver sustained medical benefits through a structured and affordable model.
Priced at ₹1,999 and valid for one year, the Health Privilege Card covers the primary cardholder along with one family member, ensuring continuity of care for households.
