Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Amit Shah addressed a massive public meeting organised in Daman and Diu during the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections, targeting the Congress, especially Rahul Gandhi. Considered a school of politics in himself, Amit Shah clearly stated that, 'Rahul Baba is running from one place to another to contest elections. There is no problem with the seat, the problem lies with Rahul, wherever he goes, he will lose.'
Amethi and Rae Bareli have traditionally been strongholds for the Congress. The current state of the Congress is such that after losing in Amethi, Rahul Gandhi is attempting to contest from Wayanad, and now in 2024, he is going to contest from Rae Bareli. Those with a basic understanding of politics believe that Rahul Gandhi has been attempted to be launched for almost 20 years, but every time his launch has been unsuccessful. The Chanakya of Indian politics, Amit Shah, has even claimed that in the 21st attempt, Rahul’s launch will fail.
After Independence, Congress ruled the country for decades. During the Congress era, terrorism, Naxalism, and extremism were at their peak. In the last 10 years, under the leadership of PM Modi and skilled guidance of Amit Shah, terrorism and Naxalism have been eradicated from across the country. The BJP government has proven that development work can also be done while preserving the symbols of faith. For example, the construction of the Ram Mandir, the establishment of the Kashi Vishwanath corridor, and the golden temple of Maa Kali can be cited. Along with the protection of tradition, the Modi government has also provided a strong foundation for the country's infrastructure. Today, India is recognized globally in terms of its economy, moving from being the 11th largest to the 5th largest economy. Due to the Congress, freedom and democracy were delayed, and development did not reach here. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, tourism is being promoted and numerous projects for local development are underway. In terms of tourism, Daman and Diu have now become a separate identity in the world.
Shah believes that Modi ji is ahead with more than 400 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, while Congress is nowhere to be seen even with binoculars. The resounding chant of “Modi! Modi!” resonates throughout the country, ready for a saffron wave. Amit Shah, who is changing the direction and fate of Indian politics, is himself in the field. Being in the field for Shah is a guarantee of victory in itself. Therefore, it is an accepted fact that with more than 400 seats crossed, Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister for the third consecutive time.
