World Engineers Day was celebrated in Calcutta on September 15 by the Progressive United Engineers Association on the birthday of Bharatratna M. Bisweswaraya.
Firhad Hakim, Metropolitan of Kolkata, started the program on this day. He highlighted the success and contribution of engineers behind the progress of the city.
