A large part of the people of the district will benefit from having a cath lab in this private hospital located near Gobra Crossing of Durgapur Expressway in Hooghly district.

Better medical or healthcare systems have come within the reach of common people through public oriented schemes like Swasthya Sathi Card.  Apart from some very critical treatments, systems like health card in the fields of heart disease, neurology, surgery have made treatment much more affordable for the common man.

In addition, before getting treatment, the patient or the patient's family used to be in debt - now that has also been removed.  Health workers at all levels and all people-oriented projects should come forward with help and opportunities in the struggle to save people's lives.  These comments were made by an eminent cardiologist and head of a leading private hospital.  He said this while inaugurating the first cath lab of Hooghly district.

He also said that better medical care can be provided only if private hospitals run profitably, and in the long run all the health workers and patients associated with those hospitals will benefit.
Dr. Manojkumar Pal, one of the partners and director of the hospital on the inauguration of the Cath Lab, said, "If the hospital is not an A grade hospital, the opportunity of health partner card of the West Bengal government is not available.

As Seven Rangers Hospital is a B grade hospital, so at this moment, the services of the cath lab must be taken here.  to be taken in cash or otherwise.”
MLA Kalyan Ghosh said that apart from advanced technology, advanced medical system, doctors should give courage to patients and increase their morale.  It is equally important in curing disease.  He said that while the Centre's Ayushman Bharat scheme is only for people below the poverty line, this state's health partner is for all people.
