The 77th birthday of Acharya Sarvadhish Kinkar Vitthal Ramanuja Maharaj was celebrated at Mahamilan Mutt, the central office of the Akhil Bharat Jaiguru Community



Digital Desk, Kolkata: Om akhand mangalakaram bhastang ase characharam tatpadam darshitang ase tasmai sri guru naam. Devotees of the Akhil Bharat Jayaguru community celebrated Acharya Sarvadheesh Vitthal Maharaj's 77th birthday on Friday morning by chanting Guru Mantra.
 
      Kinkar Priya Chattopadhyay, Treasurer Kinkar Siva Nanda, Principal Dr. Shovan Bhattacharya, Associate Principal Kinkar Arvind, Principal Deepak Debnath took the main initiative on behalf of the community to celebrate the birthday of the present Acharya and Sarvadish Vitthal Maharaj at the Mahamilan Math built near Dunlop, Kolkata.
 
     
  On the one hand the Gita reading, on the other hand the personalities of various sadhus and sannyasins were present to pay their respects and felicitations to Maharaj.  Saints who come on behalf of the community are honored with floral hymns.  Each of the speakers expressed skepticism about the decadence in Hinduism.  People of Hindu religion are becoming indifferent to their religion due to consumerism.  People should take initiative to propagate the greatness of Hinduism to the new generation.

Sitaram  Onkarnath ji  Maharaj is the worshiper of this community.  He is the direction of numerous devotees worldwide in the spiritual sphere.  His first eleven disciples whom he initiated into the Bhagavata  Mantra.  One of them is Vitthal ji Maharaj Ramanuja.  He proved his mettle by standing first in the first class in English Literature.  Since then he impressed the devotees with his divine philosophy.  


At this moment the lifeblood of Mahanirvana Math is Vitthal ji Ramanuja Maharaj.  The book Nava Nava Rupe Eso in two volumes written by Sarvadhis  Vitthal Ramanuja based on the philosophy of Sitaram Onkarnath ji is hugely popular.  He also spread the spiritual philosophy of Sitaram Onkarnath ji among devotees worldwide through poetic literature.  On one side of the Math, Radha Krishna's Aarti, Naam gan, Akhand Yajna is performed on the other side, the Vedic mantras of the young monks are resounding among the enthusiastic devotees.  Thousands of devotees come from different parts of the state.
