Srinagar, Sep 12: Young BJP leader and DDC member for Khonmoh area of Srinagar Er Aijaz Hussain today conducted an extensive tour of Srinagar’s Khonmonh area to take stock of various developmental works while has he also inaugurated various important works besides reviewing the fencing of graveyards in the area.
Er Aijaz also inspected various schools along with government officials from Rural Development and other departments. He visited Government Middle school Balahama and stated that it was the first school in the district where there are large number of school children studying but unfortunately there was shortage of staff and the building wasn’t safe for children.Er Aijaz urged the Education department to provide adequate staff to the government school Balhama and either repair the existing building or to shift to a new one immediately, adding that the present building was totally unsafe for kids.
The young BJP leader took stock of various developmental works and met locals of the area where he started drainage work in the area which was pending from many decades . He also inaugurated various developmental works in the area in the larger public interest. The locals of the area hailed Er Aijaz for reaching out to them on a regular basis and hoped that after his intervention their genuine issues will be resolved.
They also thanked him for raking up the issue of unsafe school building in the area and urged him to ensure children are shifted to safer buildings forthwith. Er Aijaz assured the locals to remain assured as he will personally pursue their genuine issues on a fast track basis.
