RP Welfare Trust is doing various social service work, whose motto is Trust for People.
Secretary of this organization Subhasish Roy said that RP Welfare Trust is a completely social service organization built on the faith of the people. On the occasion of Children's Day on November 14, educational materials were handed over to children in Langalberia of Sonarpur block of South 24 Parganas. Later, thousands of blankets were distributed to Tarapith to protect the poor from the severe cold. He also said that we are trying to stand by the poor people by doing small programs.
Also, every Saturday, we arrange food and drinks for some needy people at Thanthania Kalibari in Kolkata and Firingi Kalibari in Kolkata.
On behalf of our trust, we are trying to do some social welfare work. We have two or three more projects ahead. We will try to stand by the devotees at the Gangasagar Mela in 2026. The Tarapith area's public representative, Shiuli Mondal, was present at the blanket distribution ceremony on Monday, along with prominent social worker Kanu Roy (Mezda) Trust President Sumita Roy, Vice President Sucharita Pal, and RP Welfare Trust Treasurer Sujan Paul.
Sujan Paul said that we were able to hold such a program in Tarapith area due to the dedicated efforts of prominent social worker journalist Mrityunjay Roy. He also said that we are moving forward with the blessings of Taramay and the end of the year was good. I hope that 2026 will also be very good for us.
