Srinagar, May 13: BJP leader, DDC member for block Khonmoh Er Aijaz Hussain today met Secretary to Government, Tribal Affairs Department Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary and presented a detailed memorandum highlighting series of issues confronting the Tribal community of Chak-e-Sangri, Khonmoh.

Er Aijaz said that he discussed series of issues faced by Tribal Community people of Chak-e-Sangri, Khonmoh  and urged the Secretary of the department to take immediate steps for the redressal of issues faced by the Tribal community since past 70 years.

Er Aijaz said that he raked up the issues that include construction of primary health centre, construction of smart schools, playfield for Chak-Sangri and also installation of mobile tower at Chak-e-Sangri. The BJP leader, who was recently appointed as the member of Haj Committee of India (HCI) also demanded Anganwari Centres at Chak-e-Sangri. He also demanded construction of track from Sangri Rahim Sahab to  Palpora, Dachigam.

The DDC member for block Khonmoh also stressed for setting up skill development centre at Chak-e-Sangri and also demanded creation of a physical teacher at Sangri. Er Aijaz said that Dr Choudhary gave him a patient hearing and assured him that all the demands put forth by him will be fulfilled within a stipulated time-frame.
