News Desk: Recently, "Safe Food Conference" was organized by Apanjan Joint Cooperative Foundation in collaboration with Taltola Sporting Association.
Saurabh Maiti, secretary of the organization, said that the organization is working to buy organic grains from the farmers and arrange for their sale.
A total of 150 farmers from East Midnapore, Bankura, Burdwan, Purulia in West Bengal have been brought under this project. Anindita Sinha, head of the Emon Women's Self-Help Group, will be joining the organization to help them with organic food conservation and packaging.
Emon is currently working on a dress with a towel and has gained considerable respect. Lots of women are helping to become self-reliant. Which has been possible only for Anindita.
